Yes. Our drone pilot holds a Part 107 Certification from the Federal Aviation Administration, which is required for legal commercial drone operations.

Yes, we carry general liability insurance for photography to give clients peace of mind on every shoot.
What technology do you use? +
We use the industry-leading Matterport Pro3 for premium virtual tours—including outdoor capture. Our drone footage is captured in 4K/60FPS using DJI drones with 48MP photo capabilities.
What education do you have? +
We hold a Bachelor of Science in Marketing with a concentration in Digital Marketing. In addition, we’ve completed Google’s Digital Marketing & E-commerce certification, HubSpot’s Social Media Marketing certification, and advanced drone operation training through Kansas State University.
What does each booking include? +
Each booking includes a full 3D virtual tour, free floor plans, and aerial drone shots—all at no extra cost.
What is your turnaround time? +
All deliverables are sent within 24–48 hours of the shoot.
What about drone flight zones? +
Drone operations are only allowed in approved airspace. In regulated zones, flights require LAANC authorization, which must be secured before the scheduled shoot.
Where can this be uploaded? +
Our virtual tours can be integrated into real estate listings through MLS. For businesses, we upload 360° content directly to your Google Business Profile for customers to explore on Street View.

How do I prepare the space? +
